FAQ

Up to what age?

Up to 16. From 11, stories get longer and deeper — mysteries, adventures, sci-fi — and the story maker unlocks variables, up to 30 pages and five endings. After that comes grown-up Letopis with 12+ books.

Does my child need to read?

No. Tales marked “narrated” play aloud on their own, and choices are pictures. The rest are read by a grown-up or by the child — many can from age 7. And with a subscription you can record your own voice for any tale.

Can I publish my child’s tale for everyone?

No, on purpose. Only family sees kids’ tales: you approve each one and send the link to whoever you like.

How is this different from Letopis?

Letopis is interactive books for adults and older teens: your own account, books by many authors, including 16+ and 18+. Letopis Kids is for ages 4–16: tales and stories rated 12+ at most, all written by us, kids’ profiles inside a parent’s account, no ads or chats — and only a grown-up can buy or change settings. At 17 you can move to Letopis and take your stories along.

What if my child writes something personal in a tale?

Only you will see it anyway. Before you share it with family, we highlight anything that looks like an address, phone number or surname.
